This website does without ad networks, social-media plugins and embedded third-party content. For reach measurement and usage analysis we use the service Venta AI — but only if you have consented beforehand. Without your consent the service is not loaded. When you access this website, our hosting provider automatically collects information that your browser transmits to the server. This includes:

Retention period: 7 days, after which the data are automatically deleted. No combination with other data sources takes place.
If you contact us via the contact link or by email, your local email client opens. Data is transmitted to us exclusively by email — this website does not store any form input.
We process the data contained in your email (name, email address, company if applicable, content of your message) exclusively to respond to your enquiry and to handle any business relationship that may arise from it. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f) (legitimate interest in effective communication). Retention period: until your request has been handled, then in accordance with statutory retention periods (typically 6 or 10 years if a business relationship arises), otherwise deletion after 12 months.
When you use the booking form on this website, we process the following data:
Purpose: Processing your contact request and preparing an introductory call.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Transfer: Form data is transmitted via SMTP to our email service provider
domainfactory GmbH, with whom a data processing agreement (DPA)
pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place. Servers are located in the EU.
Retention period: Form inputs are not stored persistently by the web server;
data forwarded by email is handled as described in section 04.
Spam protection: We use a technical honeypot (a hidden form field) to detect
automated spam submissions. No third-party CAPTCHA service is used.
Form analytics: If you have consented to the use of Venta AI
(section 08), that service additionally records your interaction with this form — including the
field contents you enter (name, email address, company, message) — and transmits them to
Venta AI. Without your consent this does not happen at all; the form works
regardless. Password and payment
fields are technically excluded; this form does not contain such fields in any case.
This website is hosted on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25,
91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany, in a data centre in Helsinki (Finland, EU). The application is
operated by us (container-based via Docker) on a cloud server at Hetzner.
A data processing agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Hetzner. Hetzner
processes the data referred to in section 03 exclusively for the purpose of providing the
server infrastructure. No transfer to third countries outside the EU takes place.
This website uses the typefaces Space Grotesk, JetBrains Mono and Fraunces. The font files are served locally from our server. No connection is made to external font services (e.g. Google Fonts) — your IP address is not transmitted to third parties.
This website uses Venta AI, a service for reach measurement and analysis of usage behaviour. The provider is april.eleven GmbH, Am Kartoffelgarten 14, 81671 Munich, Germany (Munich Local Court, HRB 279522).
When you access this website, a script provided by the provider is loaded
(cdn.getventa.ai) which collects usage data and transmits it to
api.getventa.ai. In particular, the following are processed:
Venta AI stores information on your device or reads information from it:
venta_device_id — pseudonymous device identifier,
lifetime 365 days, set on the domain

venta_session (each with a corresponding _expires entry):
device identifier plus session and usage data, retained for up to 365 daysradar_sn_) — session data, deleted

If cookies from other services (e.g. HubSpot, Intercom, Meta/Facebook) are present in your browser, Venta AI may also read and transmit those identifiers. We do not use any such services ourselves.
Storing information on, and reading information from, your device is based on your consent pursuant to Section 25(1) TDDDG. The subsequent processing of the personal data collected in this way is based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).
On your first visit to this website we ask for your consent via a notice at the bottom of the screen. Until you have agreed, the Venta AI script is not loaded — no data is transmitted to the provider and no cookies or other entries are stored on your device. If you decline, the service remains disabled permanently; the website is fully usable without it.
You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. On withdrawal, the cookies and storage entries set by Venta AI are deleted. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
Your decision itself is stored in your browser's local storage under the entry
ar_consent. This entry is necessary to give effect to your choice and therefore
does not itself require consent (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG). It contains only your decision and
its timestamp, and is not transmitted.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. The provider in turn engages sub-processors. For the use described here, these are in particular:
The provider publishes the complete and current list at ventaai.notion.site/subprocessors. Other services listed there relate to features we do not use (such as email, LinkedIn or CRM integrations).
According to the provider, the data is held on servers within the European Union. Some of the sub-processors engaged are companies domiciled in the USA which themselves store the data in the EU. Insofar as a transfer to a third country nevertheless takes place, the provider relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
The cookie and the local storage entries expire after 365 days at the latest, the session storage entries after 24 hours (see above). We have requested information on how long the provider retains the usage data and will add it here once available. You can trigger deletion at any time by withdrawing your consent.
The simplest route is to withdraw consent via Cookie settings at the bottom of the page — this stops the tracking and deletes the entries that were set. Independently of that, you can block or delete cookies and website data for this domain in your browser, enable your browser's tracking protection, or use a script blocker.
